KOODA Signs Interior Film Partnership MOU with U.S.-based NUVIQUE STUDIO
Korea's interior film specialist takes its first official step onto the global stage, opening collaboration across construction, training, and distribution in the U.S. market.
KOODA, a Korea-based interior film specialist, has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with NUVIQUE STUDIO, a Los Angeles-based company, to explore collaboration across the interior film industry. KOODA CEO Inseok Lee and NUVIQUE STUDIO CEO James Lee formalized the agreement during Lee's visit to the United States.
The MOU was signed while CEO Inseok Lee was on-site in the U.S. During the trip, he toured NUVIQUE STUDIO's operations and active interior projects, observing American installation environments, customer demand, and local working methods firsthand.
Through the agreement, the two companies will explore cooperation across four areas: interior film construction, training, distribution, and broader strategic partnership. Drawing on the construction expertise, training systems, and field-tested know-how it has built in Korea, KOODA confirmed concrete potential for connecting its model to the U.S. market.

In the CEO's Words
This MOU is not simply a declaration of overseas expansion. It is the first official starting point for confirming what the interior film technology and training systems we have built in Korea can achieve in the U.S. market.— Inseok Lee, CEO of KOODA
Lee added that Korean interior film technology holds genuine competitive strength in fine finishing and on-site responsiveness, and that the key task ahead is connecting KOODA's technology and systems to the U.S. market in a way that fits its structure and demand.
